After breakfast at your hotel in Kampala, you will meet your
Uganda safari guide who will give you a short briefing about your 3 Days Uganda short wildlife safari to Kibale Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will then begin your safari with our professional safari guide driving west to Kibale Forest National Park.
You will enjoy your journey in Uganda on both tarmac and unpaved roads passing through various traditional Ugandan villages where you will see the locals carrying out various activities like farming. The lush rolling hills of this region provide good photo opportunities. You will also have chances of sighting birds such as the beautiful black-headed gonolek, Fan-tailed widow bird, double-toothed barbet, long-crested eagle, sun birds and weaver birds that perch on the fence rows and power lines near the road. Early in morning after breakfast at the lodge, report to Kanyanchu at around 7:30am for your briefing at 8am from the park ranger guides about your
chimpanzee trekking safari Uganda before you start trekking. After the briefing, start your journey into the forest with the rangers in search for chimpanzees and other primates including the red-tailed monkeys, blue monkey, black and white colobus monkey, olive baboons among others. The forest an array of birds including the grey-throated flycatcher, masked and black-capped apalis among the many in a park that is home to over 375 bird species. Retreat from the activity and have lunch.
After lunch proceed to Bigodi village to the fascinating Bigodi wetland sanctuary located in Magombe swamp. Bigodi wetland is an area is recognized for a extensive collection of bio diversity among which are several primates species like the red colobus monkey, baboon, black and white colobus monkey, blue monkey grey cheeked, mangabey, vervet monkey, red tailed monkey and the L’Hoest monkey. Early in the morning, you will be picked by your driver guide for your early morning game drive. This morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park provides excellent opportunities to view several wildlife including Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topis, Bush bucks and many more. This game drive will last about 2-4 hours depending on your interests. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for your breakfast and lunch.
In the afternoon after your lunch, you will report to Kazinga channel for your exclusive 2-hour boat cruise on the 45km river that connects Lake George and Lake Edward. This rewarding boat cruise trip offers an exceptional platform for photography as you pass through the highest concentration of hippos and crocodiles. As part of the adventure, you will watch several animals drinking at the water’s edge as well as variety of bird species. After the boat cruise, proceed to
Kibale National Park and along the way, you will be able to see an impressive view of the remarkable “Mountains of the Moon”. Transfer time to this park is about 3 hours.

On this day, wake up to a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, prepare to depart this part of the world for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park at around 8am with your driver guide. You will do a simple game drive along the Ishasha trail in search for the tree climbing lions for about 3-4 hours. Have lunch in Ishasha and then procced with your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park at your lodge, relax, have dinner and overnight stay there.

Uganda gorilla safari briefing about the code of conduct when trekking mountain gorillas in the forest. After your briefing, you and your ranger guide will hit the forest for your amazing expedition of meeting the gorillas. As part of your adventure, you will see different tree species in the forest as well different bird species. As soon as you sight the gorillas, you will enjoy an hour observing their behavior as they continue with their daily activities in your presence; not forgetting to take photographs and videos for memories of this activity.
Depending on how you will be feeling, in the afternoon, you will engage in a guided walk to the Batwa homesteads for local entertainment from these early human inhabitants of Bwindi Forest. Return to the lodge, have dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Early in the morning after tour breakfast in the morning, prepare to leave this part of the earth and return to Kampala. You will break your journey in Mbarara at Igongo cultural centre for lunch and at the equator in Kayabwe for pictures, water experiment, and visit souvenir shops, later in afternoon proceed with your journey to Kampala.
