Day 1: Transfer from your hotel in Arusha with your driver guide to Lake Manyara National Park

Early in the morning, you will meet our professional Tanzania tours driver guide who will pick you up in Arusha town. You will meet and greet, and then he will deliver a short safari briefing about your short Tanzania wildlife safari. After which, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a distance of about 130km in about 3hours. Arrive at a time close to lunch, have lunch and check in Lake Manyara National Park. You will do game drive in this impressive park that consists of a massive but shallow soda lake that covers two-thirds of the park. During your game drive, you will see varied habitat that attracts a wide variety of animals, including Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, the famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Retire from the activity, check in at your lodge, dine and overnight as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.

Day 2: Transfer from Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at your lodging facility, you will descend into this magnificent crater for a morning, half-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded Tanzania wildlife areas in the world. The Ngorongoro crater is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos. The crater is supported by a year-round water supply, that supports a vast variety of animals including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. The crater is also home to a dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, after which we travel to the Tarangire National Park. Arrive at the park, check in your prior booked accommodation area, have dinner and spend your night there as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.

Day 3: Explore Tarangire National Park and later drive back to Arusha at your hotel or at the Airport for your flight

After breakfast at the lodge, you and your driver guide will head into the Tarangire National Park for an early morning game drive. Tarangire National Park runs along the Tarangire River and it is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is believed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African national park is also home to three rare species of animals; the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. We return to the lodge for lunch after which we will depart for Arusha town and we will end our African safari adventure.
