When you arrive at Entebbe international airport, a Uganda wildlife safari driver guide welcomes you to Uganda, gives a briefing and then ensures all your transfers to a hotel/lodge in Kampala or Entebbe. At Murchison Falls National Park, expect to be at the park headquarters by 7:00am for a morning game drive for early morning risers’ sightings. Elephants, lions, leopards and buffaloes alongside other species make the common sightings of the morning. What an amazing drive in the vast savannah plains of northern Uganda, it lasts 2-4 hours then after you return to your lodge/hotel for lunch and refreshment. In the evening at 2:00pm, you go for a boat cruise to the bottom of the thunderous Murchison falls home to numerous hippopotamuses and crocodiles. Following relaxed breakfast on your wildlife tour to Uganda’s Murchison Falls national park, you are driven to Kibale forest national park in south western Uganda. Via Mubende-Fort Portal road It’s about 7-8hours drive going past the scenic Albertine rift valley landscape filled with endemic bird species. Arriving in the evening, you check in, have dinner and relax at a prior booked accommodation in Kibale forest national park.

Early morning, you will be at Kibale forest park headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking experience. Starting at 8:00am, the trek lasts 2-5 hours through the jungle though only 1 hour in the presence of the chimpanzees. After chimpanzee trekking, you have lunch at your lodging facility then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park on about a 2-3 hours drive. Since you are continuing with your safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will first take a short tour within Fort Portal town in western Uganda. You visit the Amabere g’ Nyinamwiru Caves, for an exploration of the breast-like features that are believed by the natives to be breasts of Nyinamwiru the mother of Ndahura (the famous Chwezi ruler who expanded the Chwezi Empire across the interlacustrine/great Lakes region). After the cave visit, you continue for a hike to the Fort Portal Crater lake field where you explore the beautiful small lakes that were formed as a result of the effects of explosive volcanicity. You wake up to a hearty breakfast by sunrise then go for horseback riding at 8:00am lasting 2-3hours with minimum weight of 95kg. After a meal at your lodging facility, you check out and embark on a drive to Entebbe international park with a stop at the equator. At the equator line, you stop for an amazing experience as you cross from the southern to the northern hemisphere. In case you need to shop some craft souvenirs, you can stop at either Kampala or Entebbe shops then arrive for departure at Entebbe international airport.
