Uganda’s tourism ranked best in Africa-Uganda safari news
Uganda is ranked one of the best tourist destinations in Africa and it has been visited by many visitors who come for safaris to Uganda.
There has been increasing revenues which have been generated from the
tourism sector and this has been so important in developing the tourism
industry at the same time. Uganda’s tourism sector grew 25% last year
and the ministry hopes for more improvement.
There are many attractions which are found in Uganda. And these include; the mountain gorillas which are found in Bwindi impenetrable national park and also in Mgahinga national park, there are also chimpanzees
which are mostly found in Kibale national park and also in queen
Elizabeth national park, the wildlife species which are found in the
national parks and these include the big five; the elephants, lions,
rhinos, the buffalos and many more. These have greatly attracted many safari tours to Uganda.
Uganda’s tourism sector has greatly improved since it has developed at a faster rate which has help in providing high
revenues to the country. The government has greatly helped in funding
the tourism sector since it has put in a lot of incomes in the
improvement of the hotels and the Roads in the country hence attracting
more tourists to come for safaris to Uganda.
Uganda’s tourism has been ranked best in Africa due to the unique attractions which are found in Uganda.
The environmental impact assessment programmes which have been put in
place have greatly helped in promoting the conservation and preservation
of the wildlife with in the national parks which in return has helped
in attracting more tourists for safari visits.
