New look for Uganda’s tourism-Uganda safaris & Tours News

familyUganda Tourism board has recently been on the development of an initiative which has aimed at implementing the support for the development of Inclusive markets in the tourism sector. This will help in promoting the tourism sector to the outside world which will help in promoting the number of safari tours to Uganda.
The board has joined with other organizations in order to emphasize the marketing and promotion of the tourism sector in the country. These organizations include; United Nations World Tourism Organization and also the Uganda Wildlife Authority. This union has greatly helped in improving the tourism sector and also helping in attracting more visitors to come for safaris to Uganda.
The project is also aimed at raising the participation of the local communities in the development of the tourism sector. This is because it’s aiming at empowering the poor and the local people surrounding the national parks so that they can be able to promote the conservation and preservation of the wildlife and the national parks as well. This will certainly help in increasing the number of tourists who come for safari visits.
The initiative will also help in engaging the stakeholders to create an understanding of marketing and promoting tourism in Uganda. This will help in developing and operationalizing market linkages develop more new tourism products for the tourists, to promote and build capacity of business enterprises and tourism support from the respective organizations. This will help in allowing in more tourists to come for safari visits.
