You will be early for briefing by the guide at Kinigi Park headquarters in the Volcanoes National Park. The early arrival offers you opportunity to explore the Kinyarwanda traditional performances and also the hot cup of coffee that will enable you cope up with the coldness of the Mountains. After gorilla family allocation, you connect to the trail head to embark on the trekking encounter. Your safari to Uganda resumes after an early breakfast. You will drive to Lake Mburo National Park passing through the lush green country side landscapes of south western Uganda before approaching Mbarara town – the largest in the sub region where you will proceed for 12km to make a stop at Igongo Cultural center for traditional lunch. After lunch, you proceed for 33km to Lake Mburo National Park entering through Sanga gate. Upon arrival, embark on an evening game walking safari exploring the park’s savannah landscapes dotted with acacia associated flora. The walk offers you opportunities to explore herds of zebra, Cape buffalo, Rothschild giraffe, Impala, eland, the oribi and topi before settling for relaxation, dinner and overnight. You continue in the drive to Kampala before making another stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe for amazing photo shoots and water experiments that justify the geographical divide between the northern and southern hemisphere. Proceed for 77km to Kampala and more 40km to Entebbe International Airport for your flight departure back home.
