The government of Uganda has decided to collaborate with the tourism players in order to promote Uganda as a tourist destination, this will help in increasing Uganda safaris since marketing and promotion of the country will be increased and this will help in increasing the revenues of the country and also developing the tourism sector.
The partnership between the government and the private sector is also focusing on promotion of domestic tourism which has been neglected in the country; this will help to increase safaris to Uganda and also developing the tourism sector.
The minister for tourism argued the people of Uganda to start touring the local tourism destinations in the country so that tourism development begins with them. This will help in increasing safaris in the country and also developing the tourism sector.
The international tourists can best be attracted to come to Uganda by encouraging the local people to participate in the development of tourism in the country. This will help to increase safari tours to the country and this will help to increase the revenues of the tourism sector.
Uganda Wildlife Authority is ready to give Ugandan citizens free entrance to national parks and the tourism sites.in addition to that, the people have to register so as to benefit from the free entrance. This will help in increasing safari visits to the country and also help in increasing the revenues of the country.
The government has vowed to increase in marketing of the tourism sector, so that the number of tourists who come for safaris can be increased to the country. This will help in the development of the tourism sector.
