The tourism side of mountain gorillas.-Uganda Safaris & Tours news

htyfhMountain gorillas are actually interesting primates, and their funny characteristics have been attributed to those of human beings. This has caused the need for many tourists who have travelled to Africa to have mountain gorilla trekking safaris so as to have wonderful experiences. This has however helped in increasing the revenues of the countries where these mountain gorillas are located.
The mountain gorillas are found in Uganda specifically in Bwindi impenetrable national park, this park has half of the mountain gorillas which are remaining in the wild. They are also found in Mgahinga national park which has a group of mountain gorillas and also some golden monkeys which have attracted many golden monkey tracking. These mountain gorillas have attracted many gorilla tracking safaris to Uganda.
Mountain gorillas are also found in Rwanda as a country, these are specifically found in volcanoes national park which also has got many gorillas which have attracted many gorilla trekking safaris to Rwanda hence helping in the increase of revenues to the country and also developing the tourism sector.
These mountain gorillas are very interesting animals and they are loved by many tourists who have travelled to Africa in order to watch these primates. They have been conserved and preserved in order to protect them from extinction; this has helped in increasing their numbers hence attracting more gorilla safaris to Uganda and Rwanda.
Mountain gorillas have been considered are considered to be the highest income earners to both Rwanda and Uganda, this is because the activities of gorilla tracking have increased the number of tourists to both Rwanda and Uganda. This has led to the development of the tourism sector in these countries.

ZIWA RHINO SANCTUARY RE-OPENS On 10 th June 2021, the government through Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) re-opened Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to travelers on Uganda safaris after 50 days of closure.
