On early/morning arrival at Entebbe international airport a knowledgeable Uganda birding safari guide picks you up for a drive to a booked hotel or lodge in Entebbe. After check in and refreshment, you go for a short bird watching tour to Entebbe Botanical Gardens in the afternoon. Here you sight species like the Pink-backed Pelican, Malachite Kingfisher, Yellow-billed Stork, Eastern Grey Plantain-eater, Yellow White-eye, Purple-banded Sunbird, African Jacana, Lesser Jacana and many more. In the evening, you return to your lodging facility where you spend the night.

After breakfast, using a 4x4 safari vehicle your driver guide transfers you on a road drive to Semuliki national park. Semuliki national park is the best birding destination in Uganda and popularly described as “The True Birders Haven” hosting over 400 bird species surrounded with beautiful Borassus Savannah and extensive grass lands that host bird species. Arriving in the evening, you check in, have dinner and rest at a close accommodation in Semuliki National Park.

Following early morning breakfast at your hotel, along with your packed lunch, you embark on a whole day birding safari tour along the Kirumiya trail of Semliki national park.
