Uganda is gifted to host Miss Heritage Europe as she made her safari in Uganda
to bless the ongoing miss tourism event. The beautiful Belgian born
lady Jennifer Den Haese is holding the mantle for Europe in the year
2014/15.
She was hosted by Ayshar Nagudi who is Miss Heritage Uganda at the offices of Ministry of Tourism Wildlife and Antiquities located at Rwenzori towers where a press conference was held. This was welcomed by the public as such celebrity undertaking a safari to Uganda is by no means ordinary.
Haese is also a flight attendant with SN Brussels and though she always cones to Uganda on her regular flights spending 1 – 2 days, this time she was amazed by her coming on tourism related business. She continued to note that the western world is still soaked with fear that the whole of Africa is facing Ebola problem which has obstructed them from traveling to Africa including Uganda safaris and tours.
The Miss Heritage Europe comes at a time when Uganda is preparing for the 2015/2016 Miss Tourism pageant running under the Theme "Celebrating Cultural diversity." Thus, her visit has increased the awareness of the event in the country and beyond.
The beauty pageant aims at presenting a platform where young ladies falling between 20 – 29 years of age are given opportunity to showcase Uganda’s range of cultures promote them as Uganda safari tour products thus attracting world travelers to do safaris to Uganda.
