Easter season is an opportunity for Ugandans to explore the Uganda safari sites – Uganda safaris news

Easter Greetings From Prime Uganda Safaris with smilesUganda is blessed with 84% of the Christian population who take great consideration in the Easter season as it forms the pivot of the Christianity. The suffering, death and then eventual resurrection of Jesus Christ for the sake of sinners is seen as a great sacrifice that God has ever done for his people. A range of Christians will flock in their worship centers to praise their savior for such sacrificial move and others will undertake safaris to Uganda to join with their fellow members in Christ to celebrate the event.
The event which will run from Friday to Monday is a public holiday period that will see all offices especially those of the public sector not operating. Thus will create ample time for a range of Ugandans and it is from this ample time that short Uganda safaris and excursions can be arranged to explore the remarkable attractions of Uganda.
The season comes in at a time when the Uganda Wildlife Authority the body that is responsible for conserving the wildlife including those in National Parks which are always visited on a safari in Uganda is giving discounted gorilla permits to those who are interested on gorilla trekking safaris in Uganda including the citizens. The price for the gorilla permit is reduced from 250,000/= to 150,000/= for the citizens which is a favorable move to enable people go for gorilla tracking in either Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Mgahinga National Park.
The time presented by the Easter season would definitely enable Ugandans to identify sometime to participate in other activities like wild game viewing and recreational boat cruises in Uganda safari parks or go for mountain hiking in Rwenzori or Elgon Mountain.
National Parks like Queen Elizabeth National Park at 417km from Kampala, Lake Mburo National Park 240km from Kampala and Murchison Falls National Park 311km from Kampala or Bwindi Impenetrable National Park 527km from Kampala pose a fertile ground as destinations that can be visited during this Easter break. Visiting these sites would definitely increase the number of Uganda tours that will be made in a year.
