Insecurity has reduced safaris to Uganda-Uganda safari News
Uganda safari
visits have reduced because of the problem of insecurity in the
country. This includes robbery, murder, pick pocketing and so many other
of a kind. This losses concentration of the tourists while on their Uganda tours thinking that anytime they can be harmed. This has therefore registered a reduction in the earnings from the tourism sector.
This
comes due to lack of strict laws governing the country which gives the
wrong doers chance to continue performing their bad acts which as a
result reduces the number of safari tours to Uganda.
Sometimes they steal properties from the hotels or lodges where
tourists sleep which unfortunately make tourists have uncomfortable
nights to keep their properties.
However the government together with the Uganda tourism board has tightened the security
to ensure that tourists together with their properties are safe. This
is through the security guards that have been placed along the hotels,
lodges, National parks, and all tourist attraction centers. This has
provided enough security to the tourists hence promoting more Uganda visits.
