These have promoted more safari visits because of the attractions found in them.

These include the rare mountain gorillas,monkeys, rhinos, giraffes, Antelopes, Elephants, buffaloes, hippos and so many others. These have attracted tourists to come and track these animals especially the rare mountain gorillas found in Bwindi Impenetrable and Mgahinga.

The activities carried out by tourists on Uganda safaris in these National parks include the gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking, game drives, boat cruise, hiking, mountain biking, nature walks, cultural encounters and so many others. These are all carried out in the protected areas of Uganda hence boosting the tourism sector as more safaris in Uganda are increased.

Mountain Gorilla Behavior,Diet,Threats and Predators
